those are cool...... I made one once, out of a piece of conduit, duct tape. and a hunk of scrap wood...It was pretty accurate but penetration was lacking, maybe because my ammo was bottle rockets

I ramember reading about it in the '60s I think. Different for sure, maybe paractical if you are wanting to launch small explosive "war heads" ?
No sure what you would use for fuel. Shucks you could even build in a guidance system like they have now, and NEVER miss.
