You're not looking for a logo... you are looking for a lot number. Presuming that you have the dark blue box you will find it on the white panel.
My bad, I was looking for the # on the large box, not the individual boxes. M12Q03 was stamped on my boxes. According to this post, it was manf @ the CCI facility.
