for light loads for 25 yards have had good licj with Trail Boss, it fills the casw well and is used for cowboy loads. try around 33 to 4 grain, have used 205 in .38 and it wors great at 25, will not hit the paper at5

they want just the frame sent in, that makes it easy as the serial number is on the receiver. I thought the safety was just a trigger bloc, the IV, must be different or they just ran a bunch of bad parts

if you take too long to align the sights you will be dead. point and shoot just like a shotgun if you have that experience you will shoot where you are looking

I prefer to carry my SA Micro Compact because it points better and is .45ACP, but usually the Smith 442 because it is lighter and do not have to worry about clearing a jam, 38 plus P should do enough damage to do the job

me too, will stay with my 442 in .38+P, a little heavier than your. Can not see any use for a target trigger on a point and shoot gun.
