I hope it shoots well too. I think I'm gonna sand down the barrel channel a bit to make sure the barrel is free. It does touch at the end of the stock right now. I fired off half a box today at the range. No problems.

has anyone here ever used this ammo before? Wallyworld had a box of 50 for $11. So I picked it up out of curiosity.

I haven't decided yet.

I bought a Caldwell Competition front rest.

I've got a real benchrest now. When the weather clears up I'm gonna head to the range and do some more 100 yard groups. I've got 5 different kinds of ammo to test out too.

I spent some time on the 50 yard range this morning. It was a little chilly and little windier than I would have liked but I was itching to do some shooting. I think that on a good day with no wind I could have 2 inch groups at 100 yards. Is that an unreasonable goal?

I was on the end of the 100 yard range. The targets you see to the right of my bench were for the 25 yard benches.
