:( Have a 422 that fails to load 10% of the time. Have tried lotsa Winchester. Seems a little better with Federal champion. It seems to me that the action is simply not cycling all the way. A little extra tug on the slide will load the next round. Thoughts gentlemen? :idea: [/b]

Favorite? Easy!!!!!!! Gotta Ruger/Couple ofSmiths/Beratta....like 'em all.
But favorite?....Hands down...Browning Buckmark Contour 7.25". Trigger,accuracy,feel,looks,operation....it's awesome. Finest handgun I've ever owned. :hiya:

My first pistol was a 422-6"barrel. Still got it. Still love it! S&W no longer supports this product line. You could run into quite a problem if you require a firing pin etc. I was fortunate enough to get everything but the frame from a guy who could not register a 422. He was forced to have it dest...
