Firing Pin
Fantastic Bullseye, I'm very visually orientated (One picture is worth a thousand words) and that picture illustrates the relationship and assembly of the rebound spring support, rebound spring and how they fit together and sit down in the notch with the firing pin. I called Ruger and they're sendin...

Light trigger
I'm like Bud, with too light a trigger I catch myself firing before I'm ready and sometimes double tapping unintensionally. My 9mm Witness Limited has a 2.3 lb. pull and thats almost too light for me. For a carry or home protection gun I wouldn't even consider anything less than 6-8 lbs. Too light a...

Firing Pin
Thanks Bullseye, Little tiny parts drive me crazy. Could I impose on you and ask if you could draw me a profile of that slot so I could see how the rebound spring support and rebound spring set down in that slot. Is there a notch or recess the spring assembly fits in? Does the Firing pin sit on top ...

MKIII Hunter Firing Pin assembly
Hi Fellows, I've had my MKIII 67/8" SS Hunter for a little over a year now with probably over 8-10K rounds put through it and nothing but total satisfaction on my part. Now.....I don't know how many times I stripped and cleaned the pistol without incident, but yesterday when cleaning the bolt..... I...

Changing Profile
Hi Fellows, I've tried to add a avitar and can't get it done. I've tried to retrieve a pic from Photobucket to use as an Avitar, but your program wont add it. I don't have any problems adding pics ot my posts, but modifying my profile can't be none.
Help please!

Jim

Greener, How you doin? I feel your pain having to make such a difficult decision. :P Like yourself I've gone a little rimfire crazy this past year and having a lot of fun in the process  . I have a little Ruger 1022 DSP rifle with a Burris 4-12x rimfire scope mounted on it. Also a MKIII SS Hunt...

:D Thanks Jambie, I know I'll be much happier with the Ruger KP412. Your going to do just fine in competition buddy. I'll be anxious to hear how you do when you decide to give her a go. For me, I go to hell in a handbasket inside, but do much better outside. Can't figure that one out. Anyway, Can't ...

Hey Jambie, A couple guy's I shoot with called this morning and we went to the range for a couple hours. I took the MKIII, 22A1 and the Trailside and you know....., although the Trailside functioned flawlessly with no FTF/FTE's on WM Federals and impressed my buddies with it's accuracy and reliabili...
