HI Ya Ruger and friends, I dont know about reloading 44's but I guesstimate my .45acp's at .05c each. I smelt, cast, and reload 'em, ever since ammo was hard to get. One caveat; my lead blood level has reached 20 and i am laying off casting a while. So what have I shot last year: 4,000 9mm 2,000 .45...

hey locksmith; my experience is similar. and as b'eye and others said no worries on the light weight. in fact i find it difficult to carry my s & w 36 snubbie for the weight issue. i digress, my wife likes the s & w 19 magnum trigger much better, its lighter. so it depends on her carry style. but i ...

HI Ya Steve, I had similar with mine. Now it all works fine. As B'eye said it probably was a combo of factors. The main thing I think that fixed it was constant shooting. I must have over 13,000 rounds down the pipe by now. Keep on shooting. BTW-it is back at Davidson's right now; the lower worked i...

1911 for me?
hi Guys, You know I have been thinking about the same thing: buy a 1911. So I logged on with that thought and saw this thread. However- I am not doing competition, I have a SD gun, I am not flush with money, I just want one. Target shooting, maybe get outdoors a bit and shoot at stuff, mostly plinki...
