Bad 9mm ammo

I recently purchased 250 box of 9mm from:

To make a long story short, the ammo was terrible. It came 6 rounds short and would not cycle my Beretta M9. Every spent round had to be manually ejected before the next round would chamber, every time, because the ammo was underloaded! To me, that is unacceptable, and a possible safety issue. Here is the email I sent them and the response I got back, and i'm not happy:

I purchased a 250 round box of 9mm ammo, as you can see with the attached reciept I included below. I did a manual count of the box because it looked a little short on numbers, and it came with only 244 rounds. Not the end of the world, but not what was advertised. If that were the case with every box, it would be quite a money maker for you folks? I could have tolerated the 6 pieces short if the ammo actually cycled my gun. I was shooting my Beretta M9 and every round had to be manually ejected and the next one fed because of being underpowered. Maybe this is another way to save money, by undercutting the powder charge? UNACCEPTABLE. Talking with friends on a few forums they suggested this was a bad deal and to contact your customer service and file a complaint, well this would be that. I would like to know what you might do about this, as I am completely unsatisfied with you 9mm ammo? My friends are waiting for my follow up posts of review.
Thank you,
Tom
Tom,
I’m so very sorry you are having trouble with TenXRing ammo. Unfortunately, I am not the maker of this ammo.
You are not alone. I have been contacted by several unhappy TenXRing ammo customers. I have not yet been able to locate contact information for the actual manufacturer.
I wish I could be of service to you as I do understand your frustration. Perhaps you could eliminate these issues in the future by loading your own ammunition.
