What would it take?

Post by Hakaman » Fri Dec 07, 2012 1:42 pm

With the Dem admin in office for the 2nd term, a lot of rumors from the gun owner's side are being passed around. One is the confiscation of all firearms from gun owners. With various threats from whatever form of government to those who wouldn't hand in their guns, it brings up a question:
Would you ever comply with the confiscation of all your firearms, as well as all of societies?

No.
An empty weapon is just a very expensive hammer.

No, Our fore father's added the clause " it show not be impeded on" for a reason. They know if this right was given up it would be a Socialist society. And the 2nd amendment has what kept many countries from wanting to invade us.

The reason we have the second amendment is to keep the government in check. Our forefathers were worried that if the government got to big for its britches than the people would have thee ability to take it over, that threat was meant to balance the government's power back to the people.... Remember checks and balances ???

"There will be a rifle behind every blade of grass". Is what the Japanese said about invading the US in WW2..... And frankly I would like to keep it that way.

Good point.
It may come to a time when what we say will be put to test, rumor has it Hillary wants to get the UN to agree to a world gun ban. A little off subject is the idea that all medical records are being 'digitized', making it one step closer for the government to get access to them. I feels like big brother is starting to smother the American people.

Everybody might get the chance to prove what they say.
