I'm a lucky man

Post by Yleefox » Sun Dec 25, 2011 10:56 pm

I'm a lucky man. It been a long time since I have felt this settled. My second oldest son is home, in the USA, after serving four times in Iraq, my youngest son who is a cop got to spend Christmas at home with us for a change. My daughter in law who is a RN was there too. My mother who will be 88 in two weeks is in decent health. And we found out we are going to be grand parents again with a due date of, who would have guess, July 4th 2012.

Here is a Merry Christmas to all my friends at Gun Talk. Hope life has been good to all of you today!

Y

Good health, and quality time with ones family. That can't be beat.

It's always great when the entire family can be together during the holidays. Good to hear that everything is looking good for you into the new year.

It's always nice when your surrounded with family, particularly when ones have been in a High Risk area return safely. Good to hear your mother is in great health at her age. And your going to be a grandpaw again.

You are indeed fortunate. Savor that.
