Reflex sight placement

Post by Biggjimm » Wed Jun 06, 2012 2:37 am

Now one more item to take care of & I should have this gun set up. I picked up a nice small reflex style red dot sight today. Is it better to put this sight to the rear of the rail closer to the shooter or towards the front of the gun. I didn't know if there were pros & cons of each set up or if it was purely a matter of personal preference. Biggjimm.

Mostly it is personal preference as to placement of the sight. I typically try to place them directly over the gripping hand to better balance the feel of the handgun.
