Cheap cal. 30 Ball M2 (commonly known as .30-'06 Springfield) from CMP is going fast!!! It'll soon be-- GONE!!!

It's still being sold at $0.25/rd + S/H, but CMP has limited already the quantity available to members, see their latest update in the link below. Lowest price outside is $0.43/rd, which Cheaperthandirt describes as "commercial Greek milsurp", but shown in the original milsurp 20-rd box, hehehe... Greek Pirkal milsurp is high-metallic content (as is Lake City), not allowed to be used in some CA ranges as Angeles Target Range at Little Tujunga Canyon as fire hazard. It's also described as "magnetic". Korean milsurp is low-metallic ammo and does not react to a magnet. I've had all three from CMP when I was still a member.

I can attest to the fact this is good stuff! I ordered 3 cases of it last May, (1,440 rounds), and it is very clean, accurate ammo. I paid $381.00 for 3 cases delivered to my front door Fed-Ex. Since then they have had a slight price increase, but it still represents an excellent buy. They won't have this stuff forever so if anyone shoots a lot of .30-06 I would advise grabbing a case or two. Bill T.

It is quality ammunition. The brass is very good as well.

Most of the surplus ammunition is drying up. At one time there was surplus 8mm from Turkey, and 7.62x54 Russian from Albania and Bulgaria.
It seemed like a limitless supply on the cheap.

That is gone as well.
