Does Anyone Have Experience with the ZM LR-300?

Post by arizona-hermit » Mon Sep 03, 2007 3:40 pm

Just a question. Does anyone have one? If so, your thoughts and opinion would be invaluable. This guy has an awesome design on the standard AR platform (for the .223 now and the .308 coming out soon). I have seen it in action and read everything I can get my hands on about it.

ZM Site

Looks and acts almost too good to be true. Self cleaning, ability to have a folding stock, and best of all it will be out in .308 (as I am not a big fan of .223s).

I want a reliable auto feeding .308 bad.

Yes, I know the AR forum would be another good place to ask, but as has been said before "This is home".
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain. [1 COR 15:10a - NASB]

Looks very interesting, but what if you buy one and this company falls flat on its face, I must add, I never want to see anything firearm related fail. You may have a very hard time coming up with parts for repairs, since these are not standard parts. Just an opinion.
