Heizer Doubletap pistol?

Post by ruger22 » Mon Nov 07, 2011 10:49 am

If the implied quality is really there, this might be a good CCW. I would hope the porting is very effective on this little cannon.

A double action derringer made of titanium? 14 oz. That's the same as an airweight 38spl. With less bullets. It is an interesting update on the deringer but I'm not sure how "tactical" a derringer is.... It would be a nice little hideout gun

Only 5/8" wide, and the two shot speed strip in the butt looks handy.

Seems it would help sales if they had the titanium frame model in a one caliber choice, to reduce the price.

That is an interesting little belly gun. Bet with a .45 SD round it has quite a kick.

Wonder if anyone will have one in the upcoming Richmond gun shows? I'd like to give one a look.

If you want to double down, this one might be more interesting.

Greener, That is one interesting pistol. Would require someone with large hands to hold onto it.

Site wouldn't load the page for it, said my browser didn't support theirs.

I could see the double-muzzle photo. Is this a two-shot only 1911, or does it use two magazines? Looked a little fat for CCW.
