Anybody have any experience wiith Numerich's customer service? I tried to call them a couple times today and either got a "we're really busy call back Thursday" message or just a Busy signal...
I'd email them but they don't have one on their site...
I want to see about returning the buttstock they sent me and getting a different one since it is way off,Quality wise, of the rest of the stock and quite crappy. where the forestock and handgards were super nice. (for my enfield project)

I got good response but I was calling to find out what part to order. They probably knew you wanted to return something.
No leave a voice mail and we might get back to you?

You've probably already seen this but I'll post it anyway

If less than 30 days since purchase, you can print a return label. I don't know if your part was was listed in the catalog as new or used condition.

I read their return policy. .. I wanted to talk to someone first because I only wanted to return part of an item.... The busy signal makes me think they are having phone trouble..
