A pic of my latest effort with a new Hunter.
MK11 rings and stripped and polished MK11 mount
1 IN. Millett red dot with a 3MOA dot
One of the first of the new VQ triggers that I stripped and polished
Going with the Hogue grips for now,wood grips still on order
VQ sear, bolt release and extractor
MK11 hammer with Clark pin and bushing set

Looks good Jack, but maybe you should put a real SCOPE on it, sopes don't really count until they stick past both ends of the pistol. Here are a couple of my 22/45's, so now you know what they look like, I prefer them because the grip angle is the same as my 1911's and muscle memeory makes thempoint to the righ spot, when I shoot my old Hight Standard (grip angle is like a MarkII) it always points hugh and I have to conciously bring the barrel down. The 22/45' will be right on due to natural point of aim imbedded im my brain. The 22/45's are pretty much the same principle inside but slight differences due to the Zytel frame and no replaceable grip. Hope you have a market for those so you can keep playing with them and having fun.

All you need on that thing now is a bi-pod to hold it up.
Lordy, what ranges are you shooting at?
Thats the first scope I've seen with a pistol attached instead of a pistol with a scope attached.

Guess you are right there Jack, more like scope with a pistol mounted to it.
25 Yards but just for effect to please me off a rest, can usually get them all 10 or more in under 1inch, more like 3/4" Still working on the rest and technique so
i can get 10 shot one holers at that distance, no nee for a spottin scope and it is kind of net to see the holes appear in the target paper.

I've got a couple of old rifle scopes laying around so I'll try your way.
50 yards is about my limit but it would be nice to see the holes without a spotting scope or walking back and forth to the target..
I wonder what happened to Seal Killer and his long range experiment. I have'nt seen a post by him on any of the forums in a long time.

Saw a short post by him recently but will have to e mail him and se what is happening with him.

Where can I get them parts? Looks pretty good but could use a bigger scope, and it is a 22/45. And making a pistolinto a rifle is legal, right?

That's your 22/45 and your scope, electronically enhanced into that carbine. I created it with a little photomagic, it doesn't exist, except in cyberspace. I created it from your picture above with the Great Eight resting on the wooden stand.

Making a pistol into a rifle is legal as long as all the BATF requirements are met, but once it becomes a rifle, the serial number is recorded and it cannot be converted back into a pistol ever again.

Bullseye, you are great with that phot stuff, sure wish I had the talent.
