A lot of dealers will purchase from Bud's or one of the other online suppliers for special guns or ones not on-hand and then have the firearm shipped to their locale.

I have bought two guns from Buds, and have had no problems at all. Were I live, Buds beats most local prices by a fair amount, even with the $20 transfer fee added to the total cost.

I took Baldy's advice and yesterday ordered a Ruger 22/45 stainless from Bud's. The price was right and they have it in stock. My FFL deals with them weekly and has high praise for Bud's.

grabagun........cheaperthandirt.......jetguns....hawriveroutdoors......And many more I`ve bought from all....You need to check what each has for shipping costs and if they charge for use of a credit card [ thats if you are going to use one] Jim

Plus you must have a local FFL Dealer for the online retailer to ship the firearm to and for the dealer to prepare all applicable Federal and Local/State permits. Usually the local dealer performs this service for a small registration/handling fee.
