I was given some loaded ammo, 14 rds of 45acp, that was manf'd with a headstamp of F A 42. Which means it's of 1942 vintage. Just wondering if it has any significant value?

Probably not that was early WWII and they were making and using one Hell of a lot of ammo.

If it was in its original packaging container then there would be some value to WWII collectors or reenactors.

If it was in the original military packaged and sealed , it might be. Trouble with all these "valuable" items is finding the buyer/collector.

I guess the ragged plastic baggy they're in wouldn't be very impressive.
