I was given some loaded ammo, 14 rds of 45acp, that was manf'd with a headstamp of F A 42. Which means it's of 1942 vintage. Just wondering if it has any significant value?

Probably not that was early WWII and they were making and using one Hell of a lot of ammo.Hakaman wrote:I was given some loaded ammo, 14 rds of 45acp, that was manf'd with a headstamp of F A 42. Which means it's of 1942 vintage. Just wondering if it has any significant value?
If it was in the original military packaged and sealed , it might be. Trouble with all these "valuable" items is finding the buyer/collector.Bullseye wrote:If it was in its original packaging container then there would be some value to WWII collectors or reenactors.
