I didn't know where to post my question so here it goes.I have a Kimber Gold Match Series 1. It has a ramped barrel. Does anyone here that knows or has one do they work or not. When I buy the kit doesn't it come with a new slide and a new barrel and a new mag ?????Getting conflicting views so I came to the source.

No, the Kimber conversion kits are only made for non-ramped 1911 full-sized frames. The conversion kit does come with a new slide, 22 barrel, and polymer magazine but the traditional bullet feed ramp must be on your frame to operate properly; ramped barrel frames do not have it.
