Welcome kappy!
I have the same guns (MKIII 6 7/8 slabby & 1022's) and use the same bulk Fed ammo without any problems. If it's clean as per Bullseye's rec then you might try some other bulk ammo or some CCI rounds. I avoid Remington!

Kerry,
I have the MTM and it's great! It's simple, effective and inexpensive!
I also use a Hughes Ballistic Bag for my rifles which will accomodate my handguns but opt for the MTM!

I'm sure others here more qualified will have the answer for you however I'd use compressed air after the application of lube to ensure proper coverage and corrosion prevention.

It's better to look good than feel good...... except of course when shooting! :D
I like the feel of the Hogues but I've got the VQ Volthane as well which are still in the package. One of these days.

In CA "Weights and Measures" has juristiction and responsiblity for monitoring the accuaracy of the pumps. If you're in doubt Ca folks just need to make an inquiry. The penalties are substantial if fraud is determined.

I don't come close to that much lube on any pistol. I usually add a few drops of oil and wipe everything down with a slightly oily cloth. Anyone else putting that much on their pistols? Something worth a try, I guess. No way! I'm of the "toy" school of lubrication! Less is more! I always eit...

Though we often hear of the scam lawsuit in connection with firearms there are countless valid incidents which occur daily destroying lives as a result of scam products and services. Though most manufacturers are prudently attempting to market safe products we've learned far too often that when safe...

Someone here was using the reds! I use the the yellows and they eject flawlessly in my guns. I find they're easier than messing with empty brass...You're mileage may vary!
