Well I just got off the phone with John Zurek talking about my M41 and his experience at Camp Perry this year. John is going to have our Arizona armorer work my trigger and Ransom rest it to determine if it is the gun or me. I will probably have him do my RR .45 trigger also. John told me that this ...

Clark Custom M41 barrel
Been thinking of getting another barrel for my M41.
Specifically Clark Custom # CLK-570-BO in 5.5"
Trying to get my long line scores up a little more.
Anyone have any experience with these barrels.
Thanks;
Clarence Perkins

I wear Decot high and wide prescription safety glasses. They have saved my eyes more than once on the skeet field from the stray shot shell bb's and those incoming clay target pieces. I have those custom made ear plugs where they inject the stuff in your ears and let harden. Also use Pro Ears ultra ...

On my gunbox lid is a quotation that reads... "ADMIRE the SIGHTS" -John S. Zurek- This simple statement has caused my long line scores to go upward and also my short line, but not what it is at the long line. HOLD that pistol consistantly, with finger pressure on the trigger. FOCUS only on the front...

Franks concern is all shots are low left at the long line. I need more info as stated in my previous post to figure out what is going on... I love shooting the long line. I find timed and rapid fire borderline boring. That is because I like long shot precision. I have countless 98's at the long line...

Frank; A lot of variables involved without watching you shoot... Iron sights or red dot scope ? I am just an Expert classed bullseye shooter, so just bear with. First question and then we can move on. Iron or dot ? I use a dot sight and do not change the scope dope between long and short line. Are y...

George; I think we are on the right track. Acouple more hundred rounds in each magazine will probably prove the theory. Glad we all could help out your situation. Nothing worse than a firearm that is not reliable, whether it be for self defense or a registered match with an aliby(I hate alibi's, tha...

KAZ; It really does not matter what brand of magazine wins awards, it is the brand of magazine that functions flawlessly through your equipment, which sometimes takes some experimenting to make it perfect or next to perfect. George; I bought 1000 heads of the 200 gr. SWC swaged bullets from a reputa...

George; If I read your statement correctly, it all started with the 200gr. LSWC bullets, correct ? From my understanding there is a difference in feed lips between hardball and SWC bullet magazines.(something to do with release rates/ points etc). When I started rolling my own 200 gr LSWC I went thr...

Bullseye shooters, what guns are you using ?
I see a lot of different guns on the line at matches and wondered what you guys and or gals are partial to when it counts. This is my equipment and I have no backups. .22 = S&W model 41 with 4 dot Match dot. CF & .45 = Rock River .45 with 4 dot Match dot. Distinguished Revolver = 1980's Colt custom ...

I have been shooting Bullseye for a little over a year and a half now. I have two Ultra Dot 4 dot Match Dots, both are 30mm tubes on my M41 and Rock River .45 wad gun. I have had no issues with either of them, except forgetting to turn them off after a match (LOL). I use Leupold low profile steel qu...
