Guess old age is catching up with me, and the memory is lsipping a little. I know the .357 mag case is .100 longer and I thought the .44 mag was the same. Got caught by .025, Wasn't Maxwell Smart alway told 99, misswed by that much. Was the program called Get Smart, kind of a comic detective show an...

Greener, There's another MAJOR reason you did well with that Ruger .44 Special. It was a custom built gun. Ruger never has, and probubly never will chamber a gun in .44 Special. Somebody had to custom convert that revolver. Ruger has made many revolvers both single and double action in .44 Magnum, ...

Re: thanks

I'm also 2nd generation American from my Polish mother and went 12 years to a catholic school. Some of the nuns are still remembered fondly by this old guy in spite of the rulers and pinches. I'm a new member here and glad to join you. P.S. I went to my 50th Highschool reunion last year and 42 of u...

How's the balance feel? Balance? the 2nd photo is me TRYING to hold it up!! Yes they are a little muzzle heave, in fact the P512 with a loaded mag is a little more muzzle thatn my full size 1911, that is why I always thought that a 4 to 4-1/2 would be about the same. Originally thougth about ...

Man do I know all about the Polish Concrete Truck! I've hauled a few basement floors back in my day, one truckful at a time. Thank goodness for pumper trucks! Rolling those hand trucks full of concrete on bouncy boards stretched across open foundation trenches can be quite an eye opener. Especially...

Fuel helps a lot but a really good sense of balance goes even farther. :D R, Bullseye Definetely, especiallly with a shifty load like wer concrete and going around a corner.Of course getting too much fuel and running rich will really mess up the onboard computer balance system. Was oprating one day...

Pierziena, belive there should be a dot over the Z, was a down comforter of feathertick as they used to call them. Sounds a lot like a Polish Futon. Upon a second look, I see what you mean about that rest. Looks to me that since the front section is padded you could use it for shooting, as long as ...

pistol rest

After going to the website and looking things over, I see that is really not a rest t0 shoot from but a rest to hold the gun so you can adjust the sight to look where the gun is shooting. You musth have done this in the past becauae I have and we do think along the same lines. Take the rifle as I ha...

I have no idea how to spell that. I've been "americanized" and cannot speak or spell in polish. I saw that rest and was thinking of your home-made rest. Looks like it has all the adjustments you need for some fine shooting. Have a great vacation. R, Bullseye Me too, went to Polish grade school with...

I have checked the members roster here on Bullseye"s site and see a bunch of the old MK11 site members. I wonder why they are not joing in here with Q&A. Bullseye, my friend .....
