Dry fire
After last weeks horrible slow fire practice session .....I decided to try some dry fire practice to see any potential problems.....I thought I had trigger control under control so to speak.....being a old rifle shooter with many yrs of long range experience I thought My trigger control was good.......

shoot some slow fire practice tonight......didnt do well at all I normally score low 80's but tonight ............bad ........62 , 73 , 75 with the best target a 79........yuk...dont know what my problem was but i left the range very unsatisfied with tonights range session......well now ive cleaned ...

I really like these rds....110 grain in .38 special (hydro-shock)my model 65 -5 S&W likes'um to .............5 of the 6 rds fired went into about a inch @ 7yds......just slightly low but dead center I figure they should hit P.O.A @ about 25 ft.........need a little more testing but I believe I'm gon...

Slow Fire.
Went to range and did some slow fire practice......scored 73 ,79,80 @ 50 ft B-2 target then I ran the target back to the 25 yd line and scored a 90,92 on the b-16 target.......go figure wish I could score those 90's at the 50 ft dont make any sense..............

1911 Holster
I sometimes carry my full sized 1911......that being said I have a good belt holster that works just fine for carry and IDPA but I'd like to find a comfortable ITW holster for it as well. can anyone give me some Idea of a good ITW holster for a 1911.....?? Keith

FWIW, it's Hornady Critical Defense that I have in my S&W 686 .357 and my speedloaders. Haven't quite reached a conclusion yet on the M1911 however due to feeding concerns. What type of 1911 do you have ? My sprfield loaded will feed anything I stuff in it.....It seems to show a likeing to Hornady ...
