My cheap BSA red dot does a real good job, but the dot is a little fuzzy, if you know what I mean. I thought about getting a scope. I don't want to spend over $150 for the scope and mounts. What do you think. Should I get a better dot or a scope?

Call Ruger and get the new pin. They will send it to you for free, all they need is the serial number of your gun.
