Not too bad but is a sporterized stock... ... It looks wierd with the military front sight.

it was -16 when I got home from work this morning ..... I no longer have any place to put snow from my driveway ( the snow is piled over my head)... and when we went Ice diving the ice was thicker than the 18"bar on my chainsaw.... this winter is getting old....

I would start with the bolt and see how gunned up the firing pin channel is. Then I would detail strip the fire control part, like blue said, and look for parts with issues. ..


Do you have stock parts in it that have been modded, or have you put in after market guts?

I dig the long slide.. thats a sharp looking pistola.

I'm waiting on parts for my third project for my buddy. ....

Thanks... I'm working on two. The old H & R 16 gage and an iver johnson 12...

Both of them had bad firing pin return springs. So along with making them purty they will be mu h more safe.

They really used nice lumber back in the day even on the economy type shotguns like the iver johnson champion and the Harrington and richardson I'm working on.....

Only a few more coats to go.....
