Hello chadfly and all
I have a 452 in .17HMR and a 452 Full Stock in .22LR. Both are excellent shooting guns.
I have yet to see a CZ that does not shoot, and better than just average.
Everyone I have seen is a "Keeper".
all the best

Hello KAZ and bearandoldman There are a few things going on with "pumps" that are going to more or less keep one from "grouping". The biggest being you have to take the arm off the rest, actuate the slide or "pump", and then get down into your "set" or shooting position, again. That means you have t...

Hello SD Handgunner and all SD, that is a very handsome arm, and from the results I see, also very accurate. KAZ said it very nicely, and I doubt that I could improve on his words, but "Ditto" from me. You have given me some very good hints as to what to do with my M77/22. all the best, and my you c...

Hello all When I go to the range these days I use both the plugs and the muffs. When I was young(er) and more foolish, I didn't, so now have tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, and yes, at times it can be almost painful. Now, I also have worked on and around recip and jet powered aircraft since 1955, ...

Hello All My favorite(s) are the Ruger MK series. I have a MKII Competition in Stainless, a MKIII Hunter (6 7/8 inch barrel) and a MKIII 512 in stainless. these guns just shoot, and are so much fun to shoot. However, I shot a S & W 41 last week that was more than just quite nice, and I also have my ...

Hello NGIB and all I'm sorry to hear about the ejection problem. There is a modification that can be done to the magazines that entails rounding off the back side of the "V" notch but I don't have the link. This mod works very nicely for me. Bullseye, do you have the link? If so, please post it. I d...

Hello harper_07 and all I like to use Federal 325 AutoMatch sort in both my MKII & MKIII's. I have done the magazine mod, and all my guns like the above. No failure to eject. Using the Federal 550 bulk from Walmart I may experience one or two failure to ejects every 200 - 250 rounds or so. I have no...

Hello Bearandoldman and all well, i must admit that a lever action, model 39A Marlin (bought in 1976) to be exact with a less expensive (new words for cheap) Tasco 4X scope, and 550 round Federal from Walmart at twenty - five yards gave me my best target ever. five in one hole, and it is a small hol...

Hello Dwight45, bearandoldman, bullseye, greener and all Wow!!! I never knew that the recoil spring was orientation sensative. I'll be a lot more careful the next time I have any of my guns apart for cleaning. I have found that if I keep the rod lightly oiled, I am a lot happier with the performance...
