Heard some TV discussion about reps who voted for the health care bill. Question was-will they be reelected and the concensus is that many will be. I kinda find it amazing that of all the (d)s that voted for the healthcare they are strongly supported by unions-UAW, NEA and Service workers. The amazi...

Got er all done. Extractor, mag release and figured out the mag problem. The mag release was tight where the mag goes thru the U shaped area. It medication pretty heavy on the mag and pushed it off center. Removed the release and spread it 12 thousands or more, and the mags slide in like they are lu...

I have a Ruger mark I that Id like to change the extractor on. I have tried a couple times and just can't seem to get the 'tool' into the groove to push the spring back.

I have done the sear and trigger but need some help on this one.

Who would install the extractor for me?

Thanks in advance.

Edge extractor install

I have read the description of the install.

What is the function of 'pushing the pin' out 1/3-1/2 way??

How do you get the sharp instrument in so as to push the plunger down? What makes the best 'sharp instrument' in this case?

Save the 2 or 3 hrs and get a HSK (I believe) for the Mark II and use a small file (fingernail) and square the one corner and it will work fine. HSK costs less than $3
