Re: My New S&W M-41
That's sad to hear. I am getting older myself and want to enjoy my shooting for as long as possible. I am a diabetic and have been for the last 39 years (taking shots) so I worry about my eye sight. But most of my guns have red dots and or scopes now to help my aging eyes. Still have a great time fo...

Re: My New S&W M-41
Hakaman, Nice pistol you have there. The Mark series are great right out of the box. They will eat anything and never miss a beat. I have a couple myself The S&W Model 41 is usually not this way. I have three barrels for my model 41 only one out of the three did not need the chamber polished to cycl...

Re: My New S&W M-41
Here is what she looks like now. I had to polish the chambers on two out of the three barrels to get it to shoot anything I put through it now. The targets were 25 yards CCI SV and Aguila SV in 0 wind at about 50 degrees.

Re: Lever Action 22's
Hardball,
I also have three Marlins. A 1955 39M, 1966 39A Golden Mountie and a 2019 Marlin 1894CSBL in .357. Love all three and all three are equally made well. But the two 39's will shoot with the 9422. But I still have to say, I Love my BL-22's more.

Re: My New S&W M-41
Ok Guy's/Gal's I have everything set up on my new Model 41. I purchased 2 more barrels for it. One 7" and one 5.5", scoped the 7" and put a tube style red dot on the 5.5". After polishing the chambers on all but one barrel they all shoot great now. Took her to the range and not one hick-up out of an...

Re: My New S&W M-41
OK Guy's/Gal's Got everything together and sighted in on my 41. Love the feel of the pistol and the way it shoots. I put about 300 rounds of SK Match through it no problem. But then I had 500 rounds of Federal Match (SV ammo still) would not shoot one magazine with out 2 at least failure to eject on...

My New S&W M-41
Guy's / Gals I have been wanting a S&W M41 for several years. Ever since I sold the one I had that I could not get to function with out a stove pipe every magazine. It was an older one that had the compensator and weights. I got this new one on Monday and it looked great, only problem I saw was the ...

Lever Action 22's
Guy's I just started getting back on this site due to me buying a S&W Model 41. I actually forgot about this site until then. Glad to start reading here again. But as I was scanning the Rimfire Rifles forum I noticed Marlins, Henry's mostly. No Winchesters and or Browning's. Curious why ? Here are m...

Re: S&W model 41
Figure you have this worked out by now, but the first thing that I think of is the over travel adjustment screw is right on the edge of being set to tight. Screw it in one turn and see if that helps.

Re: The new Ruger Mark IV Target and Hunter
I was not interested in a Mark series. I have had them over the years and sold all my 22's over the ammo shortage just from aggravation. When I was looking on YouTube I saw Plinkster22 video and decided I had to have one now that I can finally find some 22 again. I went to my LGS and paid for the pi...

Henry Golden Boy and Customer Appreciation
I just purchased a Henry Golden Boy. This is a very well made rifle and I really like it. I am very short 5' 5" tall and the length of pull for the Henry is a little long. I can not actuate the lever comfortably while on my shoulder ( short arms :) ) I called customer service and asked them if I cou...
