Mis fires

Some times they will fire the second time you try them, other times they won't. The face on the bolt and barrel are clean, I made sure of that.

Misfires

I have a Mk iii hunter that I am getting quite a few misfires with it, I have been having this problem since the gun was new. I have polished the firing pin, it was very rough and sticky the first time I looked at it, I have also replaced the hammer, sear, trigger and extractor. The bolt also is not...

Remington mod 511

I have this rifle that I bought back in the 40's, it hasn't been shot much.
The trigger pull is very firm, is there anything that can be done to it?

Thanks

Trigger replacement

Hi I am replacing the trigger, sear and hammer in my Mkiii with a Volquartsen kit. When I was disassembling the parts I thought I was being careful, but I could find the detent ball and spring. I could not find them on the parts list either, what do they look like and where do they go? What is the c...

Mk III

I was taking my mkiii apart to clean it and I can't get it apart. I have cleaned the pistol a lot of times. The spring assembly does not release all the way, I can't get the bottom of the assembly to slide out. The pistol seemed to work allright at the range yesterday. I hope someone has some sugges...

I am trying to find a detailed diagram of the inside parts on this pistol, I believe Bullseye had posted one, but I can't find it.

Trigger Job, S&W 686

Hi

I am going to do a "trigger job" on my 686 revolver. I ordered a spring set from Wolff. It comes with "type 2" main spring and 3 rebound springs, 13, 14 and 15 lb springs. How do I know which is the best rebound spring to use with this main spring?

Thanks

I have a 686 revolver, I would like to do a trigger job on it. Where can I get a competition main and return spring?

Thanks

I have a 7546 and I don't like the trigger pull. Is there anything that can be done to this gun?

Thanks
